Biography

I’ve worked in vehicle crash testing and accident reconstruction since 2016, building on a foundation in automotive repair and automotive engineering that gives me a practical, systems-level understanding of the technical information I document. That background sharpened my ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, usable documentation.

Accident reconstruction taught me to be meticulous and deliberate in my writing, and crash testing reinforced the importance of producing documentation that is accessible and reliable. I recently completed the Oregon State University Technical Writing Certificate, expanding my expertise in user-centered documentation and AI-assisted workflows. I’m committed to producing technical content that is clear, practical, and dependable.

Mission Statement

Technical writing is a discipline focused on making complex processes understandable and usable for every reader. I’m driven by the belief that clear, practical communication reduces errors and helps people work safely and confidently. With a hands-on engineering and repair background, I bridge the gap between theory and practice to create documentation that supports real-world use. I aim to produce accessible, user-centered guides that improve workflow efficiency and reflect universal design principles.
